how can I extract chromosomal distribution for selected gene, when I have genome, gene, .gff and protein data. how to locate genes on chromosome.

I honestly think that significant piece of information is missing from this question...What is "chromosomal distribution"?

If you're referring to distribution of reads across specific regions (i.e. coverage/depth) in a BAM file, you can try mosdepth.

To locate genes on a chromosome, you can use the genomic coordinates in the .gff file you have.
