Hi every body, I used Gistic2 for SCNA. I just want to know if I just can use cancer samples or we can enter normal and cancer samples into analysis?

Hi, I think I understand why you want to do so, but I would not do it. Technically you can do it - but it will be like mixing milk and beer - they are great separately, but undrinkable together.
