How extract gene TPM from GTEx?

I would like to know, is there any way to download Gene TPM data from GTEX from different part of the Brain?

I have downloaded 'GTEx_Analysis_2017-06-05_v8_RNASeQCv1.1.9_gene_tpm.gct.gz' an 'GTEx_Analysis_v8_Annotations_SampleAttributesDD.xlsx' files https://www.gtexportal.org/home/datasets, but I do not know how can I separate brain-related data?

You need GTEx_Analysis_v8_Annotations_SampleAttributesDS.txt instead of

GTEx_Analysis_v8_Annotations_SampleAttributesDD.xlsx

the one you are using is meant to describe the columns of the actual "sampleAttributes" table
