how do I submit mitochondrion complete genome to NCBI

I have mitochondrion complete genome of mosquito. (FASTA file) so I want to submit this sequence to NCBI. But I don't know how to submit... If anyone have a pipeline?

If you decide to submit a genome with annotation, it must contain the locus tag prefix generated for you so that your genes are uniquely identifiable. To receive the locus tag prefix:
