vContact2 donwload and command line

Is there any way that I can download and use command line to run the vConTACT2 software for MCL-Clustering of protein homologies and putative viral contigs. I am only getting the online tool through Discovery Environment by Cyverse. But it would me more handy and safe if it is through command line.?

Or you can suggest me some other software.

First google hit for me is the Bitbucket version and the second one is the version from it build via conda. Does that help?
