Problem on mapping SNP ID

I have a binary plink file when in the bim fil I have for example (.bim):

    imm_1_898835    0   898835  0   A
    vh_1_1221519    0   1221519 A   G
1kg_1_22548879  0   22548879    T   C

I want to map the id of the SNPs to the rs id. There reference genome should be the hg18 and SNP genotyping was performed using Illumina Immunochip, the Immunochip is an Illumina Infinium iSelect HD Custom Genotyping array.

How can I do that ?
