Hello, I am performing an analysis and I have a list of small RNA (possibly siRNA) that I obtained by bioinformatics approaches. I am trying to see if there is a tool I can use to find potential targets for this small RNAs and what is the best way to go about this? One paper suggested RNAhybrid but this appear to be specific for miRNA and this may not be helpful for my class of small RNA. Thanks

Hi

I found a few links to tools for siRNA target identification https://www.genscript.com/tools/sirna-target-finder https://www.hsls.pitt.edu/obrc/index.php?page=URL1069096632

or you could follow what they have done for identifying targets. Its a fairly recent paper and many others follow the method
