Hello,

What is the meaning of the following figure?

Summay plot of cell barcode collapsing.

Plot the original frequency of each cell barcode in the original whitelist against the frequency after collapsing similar cell barcodes.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Best,

Yue

The barcode collapsing is happening when barcodes contain sequencing errors and are therefore being corrected and then added to the correct barcode. Just as a made up example, if a ACTGACTG is a known barcode and has 2000 counts and ACTGACTC is not a known barcode and has 3 counts then those 3 counts would added to those from ACTGACTG, since that was presumably the original (non-error-containing) cell barcode.
