(I agree with the above - this question needs more detail to be answered completely.)

One needs to pay very close attention to how such data were assessed. The rate of discovery of both validated and putative microRNAs is rapid and could make a certain measuring device (i.e, a microRNA chip or array) a bit outdated. In other words, one may find a lot of data for microRNAs that have been known for a long time and a paucity of such data for those recently described.

Several microRNA databases were recently described in publications in the latest (last week) database issue of Nuclei Acids Research.
