fixing error in trinity

Can some one help me fixing the error mentioned below:

Error, cannot cd to /home/azatodron/Downloads/data analysis/trinity_out_dir at /usr/lib/trinityrnaseq/Trinity line 1232

Check if the directory exists (so if you can cd into it). Maybe remove the whitespaces.

Just a guess, but you have a folder with a space in its name: data analysis.

Thanks but now encountered new error

Error encountered with thread.
Error, at least one thread died at /usr/lib/trinityrnaseq/util/insilico_read_normalization.pl line 419.
