Hey all,

I am trying to cite loftee but I cannot find the original paper that it was released with? Does anyone know where I could point to other than the github site?

This is not quite a bioinformatics question, and it's really a question for the author of the LOFTEE pipeline.

In any case, I see no harm in using something like:

Karczewski, K. J. LOFTEE (Loss-Of-Function Transcript Effect Estimator).
