I was working on phasing my genome with falcon-phase and realised that even if it sounds simple we can be easily confused. I guess one of the thing was the colors they used in some drawing that where not self-evident.
I slightly modified the drawings in my own way, maybe it could be of any help for others. The next step would be to write a tutorial.
