miRNA shared regulatory targets and targets shared miRNAs

Hi All,

1) I have 6 miRNAs and I want to find shared regulatory target genes for these 6 miRNAs

2) I have 110 genes and I want to find shared miRNAs regulated multiple of them

What're the best tools to do the above two jobs?
