Gene Cluster Detection

Hey community!

I wanted to create the following image which locates gene clusters on a Multiple Sequence Alignment, I have already aligned my genomes with ProgressiveMauve. I also annotated my genomes seperately with Prokka, however I want to know how if I can display the relative positions of the gene clusters, I know where these are located already.

Or if possibe I can use my gene cluster files (I have individual .gbk files for each gene clusters) to annotate on my MSA. I don't there is any specific software for this.

Please see How to add images to a Biostars post to add your images properly. You need the direct link to the image, not the link to the webpage that has the image embedded (which is what you have used here)
