This would be in the ppos (percentage positive matches) field (raw number of positive scoring matches, i.e. "protein similarity" is in positives.)

I didn't find ppos directly in the report. I click the sequence alignments that I am interested in, and click "alignment" column, and find the positivities, as well as identities.
