I don't know of much that is really specific to bioinformatics. But I like the xkcd store and I think it appeals to many bioinformaticians.

I like zazzle, you can get Bioinformatics cartoons or DNA helix to be printed on T-Shirts, Mugs theirs or your own custom ones. I like printing a quote with a small fig or logo. Also, check this post to see some on the cartoons leaned towards Bioinformatics for inspirations.

ThinkGeek is another site that has some sciencey type stuff to buy. I have a small plush E.coli on my shelf here. My doctor friend has a bedroom full of plush VD.
