Hi,

I have genetic data and outcome data for about 700 people.

44 of them have a repeated measure about 2 years later. Is it appropriate to keep one observation for each individual (with repeated measures) (and if so, first or second- how to choose?) and remove the other observation?

Or is it better to maybe perform a mixed-effects model GWAS?

the reason for repeated measure is they were enrolled in a different study examining the same outcome measure

Thanks in advance
