CWL: Min and max for tool input values (float,int)

Is there a way to add a 'range' constraint for input tool parameter values ? Something like min, max ?

Constrains on input values has been proposed, but not yet implemented nor added to the CWL standards yet: https://github.com/common-workflow-language/common-workflow-language/issues/764
