How to identify domains / proteins physically interacting with a specific drug?

What is a good way to identify proteins or domains that are physically interacting, binding with a given drug molecule? I'm interested specifically in the proteins/domains interacting with metformin in mouse. Any good databaase recommendations or approaches? Thank you!
