Transcriptome annotation with WebMGS: Where to find information on frequency?

Dear all

I used the WebMGA server to annotate a transcriptome. Most publications show the WebMGA output as frequencies in a figure like this one : Tools for categorize COG/KOG list

However, the three output files (kog-class.txt, kog-raw.txt and kog.txt) do not contain frequency information, and I do not see a table with hit counts (like the one that is shown in the original WebMGA publication). kog-class.txt ontains information on "No_families", "Coverage", and "Abundance" (between 0 and 1). The online manual does not explain the output. Could someone with experience with WebMGA explain the output and where to find the "frequency" information?

Thank you! Tom
