Dear,
I'm a rookie who started learning bioinformatics，I get some output from CNVnator include my interest region. However，except the command line tools provided by itself, I cant find any tools compatibled with the output to visualize and plot a picture I need.
I know maybe This is a stupid question, and thanks for your attention.
