Hello all, Is there a good miRNA reference matrix for immune cell deconvolution available? Preferably one from non-cancerous cell populations? Id like to get some estimates of immune cell proportions in pd.miRNA.4.0 data.

Thanks!

Hi! perhaps ADAPTS can help! It generates custom reference matrix based on the sample given and provides the option of augmenting, shrinking the matrix, and clustering indistinguishable cell types. For more details, you can check it out at https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/ADAPTS/ .
