Hello!

I am new in the command line but I have been trying to install and run PSORTb without success... The reason is that I would like to input quite a big number of proteins and get all the data together so the online version is not so practical.

I think I have followed the instructions online but I get this message:

------------ EXCEPTION: Bio::Root::Exception -------------

I would very much appreciate your input!

Thanks :)
