Hi,
I understand this might be a long shot, but : is anybody aware of a public dataset which contains RNAseq and DNAseq performed on the same individual?
Hi,
I understand this might be a long shot, but : is anybody aware of a public dataset which contains RNAseq and DNAseq performed on the same individual?
This recent paper in Nature they have RNA-seq and DNase-seq for 70 YRI lines that are also part of the HapMap (and most 1000 genomes) LCLs.
http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v482/n7385/full/nature10808.html
Data from this paper can be found here: http://eqtl.uchicago.edu/Home.html
/edit, if I understand your second command you mean genotype data + RNA-seq data only? then for 60 CEU lines you can obtain RNA-seq data here: http://funpopgen.unige.ch/data/ceu60
These lines are again HapMap/1000 Genomes LCLs.

Just for my knowledge, what do you refer to as 'dnaseq'!
with "DNAseq data" I refer to reads produced by sequencing a molecule of DNA.
normally people would just call that sequencing or if you're just interesting in the variation (like SNPs) genotyping.
That clears, this is what I had in mind, dnaseq is just the normal dna sequencing, I thought it might be a some variation of chip-seq as it was used in the context of rna-seq
