how to convert probeID (affy 5.0) to rsID?

I got SNP lists by probeID such as SNP_A-4237241 (made from affy 5.0) and it seems there are no rsID contained.
How can I convert these to rsID?
or converting gene symbol would be more useful? (and still how?)

You can try one of the NetAffx CSV files from Affymetrix's website, here:

The Bioconductor annotation package, pd.genomewidesnp.5, likely contains the same data but may be date-stamped earlier than that data which is hosted on Affymetrix's website.
