how can i compare edges of networks with Venn and the Euler diagrams in cytoscape?

Can you provide more information. What do the edges in your network mean? What does the overlap in your Venn mean? If they mean the same thing, then sure, you can compare them. You could put them into tabular formats for example and then perform an intersection.
