uploading using aspera to ENA raw data

submitting data to ENA via aspera. I keep getting blocked error. even though checked with IT and firewall looks fine. XXX has my username. Any ideas what I am missing on the command

./ascp -D -v -i ../etc/asperaweb_id_dsa.openssh -QT -P 33001 -l 300m 1.fastq.gz [e-mail]:.

ascp: Failed to open TCP connection for SSH, exiting.

./ascp -D -v -i ../etc/asperaweb_id_dsa.openssh -L- -QT -l 300m UK99_R1.fastq.gz [e-mail]:.

solved it by just removing the -P part
