what does: "Allele mismatch Ref:G/T" mean in the QC report from the michigan imputation server?

This is probably kind of a dumb question. I googled, but find no good description of this.

In the QC report from the Michigan imputation server Allele mismatches are shown like this:

chr6:160156031:G:A Allele mismatch Ref:G/T

I am guessing this means that the reference panel has T as the alternate allele at this site and my input has A as the alternate allele, but wanted to post here to see if anyone can confirm. Thank you!
