I don't consider the question off topic - data generation is not as far removed from analysis as one might think.

I do however think that putting the request for cheapest is sort of a "premature optimization".

I believe you don't need to restrict yourself just to India. We have been sending our samples all over the world - for example Holland, Germany, Japan.. Which sequencing technology are you interested in?
