How to transfer KGML to other format such as SBML, BioPax, Sif (XGMML) or PSI-MI. Any R or Python script can be shared?

Hi – a better KGML to SBML translator is available at http://www.cogsys.cs.uni-tuebingen.de/software/KEGGtranslator/. It is also able to convert KGML to a number of other formats.
