For those who start NGS data analysis, especially Chip-seq data analysis, you will find these three lectures very informational, it is a good starting point before getting hands “dirty” with the data, in another Blog Post I will try to compile a list of all tools you might need to perform a chip-seq data analysis, kind of a-z user guide.
