How can I extract literature or data for specific type of experiment from databases? Is there any tool or software?
Thank You.
Your question is so vague, it is difficult to answer. But it raises an interesting issue of how can one best store and retrieve a description of an experiment, and data or literature associated with that experiment.
If you can resolve these four questions, it might help you: (1) What sort of experiments are you interested in? (2) Are there databases that store and serve data on those experiments? (3) What kinds of APIs or protocols do those databases support for retrieving information? (4) What tools/languages are you familiar with or willing to learn, and do they have methods for accessing your databases of interest?
Two examples of databases with experiment information that is retrievable with tools or software are: The Gene Expression Omnibus at NCBI, and ArrayExpress at EBI. Both are accessible via web, or computationally via other tools such as Bioconductor.

What kind of data do you want?
I need a tool or software that can help me to find literature of specific experimental method. For example, I need all literature about western blot or yeast two hybrid. How can I find? I already tried pubmed but it has no option like experimental code. Is there any database that provide this information?
Thank you
