As I said here, I'm working on my MSc thesis and I don't have access to relaible NIPT data, but recently I achieved some multiplexed data that are generated by IONA®, that belongs to Yourgene-Health (Premaitha), but I don't have the barcodes to demultiplex them.

Anybody has the barcodes of this company?

I'd be grateful if somebody sends me the barcodes.

This is a closed commercial platform so you are unlikely to get that information easily, if at all. Even their paper says that. Data analysis was performed under the proprietary Bioinformatics Data Platform development software environment.

Thank you very much, But they are selling the kit, they MUST provide the barcode sequences as well as other companies like Thermo Fisher. It's really strange. Is there any body from Yourgene-Health in this forum? I think they have to provide the sequences, if somebody wants to use other bioinformatics tools to examine the results and compare them to the closed platform of this company, the very simple and basic thing, they must provide is the sequences of the adaptor barcodes and run controls.

As far as I see this is a commercial NIPT platform so the "kit" is not like other library prep kits. This kit is meant for diagnostic use so it may not be available/accessible for research. Your best bet is to contact Premeitha tech support and see if they can help you.

Note: Depending on what the data looks like, you may be able to figure out what possibles indexes are.
