Running Blast On Multiple Sequences At Tigr

Can anyone tell me how to do multiple seq blast in TIGR...

It seems that the website does not allow fasta files with multiple sequences in them. This most likely means that the only solution at your disposal would be to download the sequences then run blast locally against them.
