How to extract 5'UTR sequences by TSS coordinates?

Hi, Anyone can suggest a tool for extraction of 5'UTR sequences by 1bp TSS coordinates? Mostly, I need to be able to find 5'UTR of downstream ORFs from the main one, like in case that TSS is located downstream to the first exon. Thanks, Arik
