How to find string network import settings later

Dear all,

is it possible to find the detailed settings that were used to create a network from STRING disease or protein query? I have created different networks a few month ago and would like to reasses there import settings now. Is that possible? I am searching for somehting like an "info" or "history" button.

Or is it possible to add a note to a network in which I can store all the settings that I used to create the network?

Hi Nina, I'm not sure what settings you are looking for, but the initial query and cutoffs are preserved for protein queries. The confidence score and the species are saved in the network table, and the terms that were queried are saved in the node table in the column "query term". Does that help?
