I used Cytoscape App BisoGenet plugin to generate protein-protein interaction network. The annotation table of provided by BisoGenet contain column ' bg.annotation.ExperimMethods' which explains about the method for interaction evidence. But I am not sure about the values 1, 93, 81, 80 , 47... etc given along with the experiment name.

bg.annotation.ExperimMethods
1-%%-in vitro
93-%%-affinity chromatography technology
1-%%-in vitro|2-%%-in vivo
1-%%-in vitro|250-%%-three-dimensional-structure
81-%%-molecular sieving|1-%%-in vitro|250-%%-three-dimensional-structure
80-%%-x-ray crystallography
47-%%-biochemical|80-%%-x-ray crystallography

If I had to guess, those look like identifiers and aren't meaningful in any way as an indication of the evidence (i.e., they are not meant to be a score). I would suggest e-mailing the authors to see if they can provide you with any additional information.
