Hello everyone

I am trying to analyze RNA-Seq data to find novel fusions. I am a beginner in this field. I have more than 50 hematologic malignancy samples with matching normal samples. I need to make FusionMap to work on my Windows machine. However, I had very tough time and could not install it to my server machine even after referring to FusionMap/Array Suite Wiki. Could any one please teach me how to install FusionMap and related aligner software to my Windows machine in my lab, how to build directory construct and how to make FusionMap work?
