Does anyone know of any good mouse whole transcriptome databases that are organized by tissue? I am looking specifically for a database of mRNAs from mouse whole blood.

A search found this : https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-017-04520-z and https://www.refine.bio/experiments/SRP100399/a-comprehensive-mouse-transcriptomic-bodymap-across-17-tissues-by-rna-seq

If you were interested in single cell data then there is Tabula muris.

ImmGen has a few different datasets: http://rstats.immgen.org/DataPage/

There is also a graphical browser: http://rstats.immgen.org/Skyline/skyline.html
