GFF3 transcript name

Hi,

Where can I download GFF3 format transcript names? or the full gff3 files I tried: ftp://ftp.ensembl.org website (it doesn't seem to work at all at the moment) Is there an alternative?

your question lacks some vital info: which organism are you talking? what is the purpose?

Human built 38 The purpose is literally to find the transcript names in the gff3 format :)
