ncRNA pathway analysis

Is there a software/ tool to query different pathways from ncRNA. I came across one lincsubpathway bio-bigdata.hrbmu.edu.cn/lncSubpathway/help.jsp but it is also based on a list of nearing genes as well as ncRNA, so not very sure whether it is based on mRNA or ncRNA.
