Allele frequency calculation for genotype dosage value

Hi, every one

I have genotype dosage value between 0-2 and now I am interested to calculate Allele frequency through that. Any one has thoughts for that kindly let me know.

You are going to have to convert those dosages to "hard calls", like by rounding to the nearest 0,1,or2. These rounded values can be used to calculate allele frequency
