I download a DSSP file. And I understand most of its information. However,I am confused about its chain information. For example, the following is some information in DSSP file. The third column is the chain of peptide. The amino acids are in A chain. But when it comes to the location of 60.Why there are so many different chain of 'AA','BA','CA','DA','EA'? What does it mean? I hope someone can help me.Thank you very much!

There is no residue 60 in the file fragment you've posted. Which DSSP file is this?
See the DSSP web site for documentation describing the DSSP format, and details of how to get help with DSSP.
