I'm doing some research into immunotherapies and patient outcomes, but I also want to do some work with the associated gene expression data - thus requiring that I have matched genetic and clinical data. I'd additionally prefer to work with publicly available datasets.

Is there some easy way for me to search for these datasets? Right now I'm sifting through clinical trial records, going to their papers, and coming up empty handed every time.

this is hard to get given privacy concerns, check if you can find some data in dbGaP or EGA, bt in any case you will need to apply for access
