I followed the wgcna tutorial and got node and edge files for Cytoscape, I imported both the files to the Cytoscape software. Now, both these files are showing two different networks and I want to merge these files to construct one network. And also how to choose source and target options while importing data?

Can anyone help me with this problem? can I merge this file in the tutorial or is there any other way to merge it in the software itself?

Thank you

Parin.

This, being just a link, does not seem to answer OP's question. Please add some detail or move it to a comment.

Hi Parin, You need to import the edge file as a network first (File->Import->Network from File...) , then import the node file as a table (File->Import->Table from File...). Essentially, the edge file defines the network, and the node file contains additional information about the nodes.
