Hi, I have a list of over 3 000 genes and want to narrow down on the genes that have a role in cell division. Is there a quick way of doing this!???

I was thinking I could write a code that would search gene cards for a specific word and then save the genes that were relevant but I don't have enough coding experience to fulfil this!

Any advice would be gratefully received!!

search for the genes involved in cell division in GO: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/QuickGO/annotations?goUsage=descendants&goUsageRelationships=is_a,part_of,occurs_in&goId=GO:0051301 , filter by taxon, export the list, get the intersection with your list.
