Hi,
I'm a PhD student at the University of Arizona and I'm currently participating in the regional NSF I-Corps program. I was wondering if there is anyone that would be willing to let me interview them for 15 minutes about their approach to identifying INDELS and their allelic expression from RNA-seq data?
