Difference between Amlicon and Enrichment libraries

I am new to NGS field. Can anyone please compare benefits and drawbacks of using enrichment and amplicon libraries? What the difference in the preparation of libraries?

Enrichment means you are selecting some regions (targets) to perform the sequencing, for enrichment, there are different techniques, such as PCR amplification, hybridization methods, capture methods, etc.

Amplicon means you are selecting some regions (again, the targets) using PCR amplification, so Amplicon is an Enrichment method.
