Hello

I have a simple problem, but I am not able to solve it. Can someone help me please?

I have two tables. The first table contains the Protein ID in the rows and the protein intensity in the columns. Altogether I have 10 groups, divided between 12h (CTRL and INF), 24h (CTRL and INF), 36h (CTRL and INF), 48h (CTRL and INF) and 60h (CTRL and INF):

Protein ID...... 12CTRL 12INFC 24CTRL 24INF 36CTRL 36INFC 48CTRL 48INFC 60CTRL 60INFC

A0A0D9RNB6 3817773.792 3151980.239 5238206.426 4176507.935 3506904.651 3278020.977

A0A0D9RND7 479986.9736 266280.427 703027.5398 887130.6368 777520.1084 726099.2445

The second table is similar to the first, but it is a peptide table. It has the Protein ID, sequence and intensity:

Protein ID Sequence 12CTRL 12INFC 24CTRL 24INF 36CTRL 36INFC 48CTRL 48INFC 60CTRL 60INFC

A0A0D9RNB6 [R].DAEAQAVTCNQTVMALMASLDAEK.[A] 9557.179688 5248.044803 26289.77653 0

A0A0D9RNB6 [R].AVMECRNVTYLLQQELAEAQR.[G] 46662.37891 103977.9471 12518.78907 6920.998462

A0A0D9RNH4 [K].RTNAENEFVTIK.[K] 39003.36289 201343.2112 51501.96183 91285.94144 581741

I would like to make a simple division: peptide intensity / protein intensity, for example for this peptide:

[R] .DAEAQAVTCNQTVMALMASLDAEK. [A]

A0A0D9RNB6 (12hCTRL) = 9557.179688 / 3817773.792

A0A0D9RNB6 (12hINF) = 5248.044803 / 3151980.239

I would like to get the ratio of each peptide in all groups. That sounds simple, but I have more than 3,000 proteins and more than 9,000 peptides.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance!
