Hi all,
I'm looking for any publicly available RNA-seq data from human normal/healthy real heart tissues.
Can anyone suggest me sources where I can find this?
Thanks a lot in advance.

Human bodymap v.2.0 data: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/experiments/E-MTAB-513/
SRA-Explorer (LINK). Search with heart[All Fields] AND ("Homo sapiens"[Organism] OR human[All Fields]) AND rnaseq[All Fields]
Did you check the GTEx portal? https://gtexportal.org/home/
https://jhubiostatistics.shinyapps.io/recount/ I see at least 16 studies with cardiac tissue

I worked in this area for a while, and we did not share human DNA publicly for privacy reasons. Also, healthy heart is not often given for scientific use. Our control tissues included an 85-year old, and the only available healthy heart under age 70 was listed cause of death: cocaine.
